Manuel, rated S21 for Down Syndrome patients, is one of the athletes captured in the Special 21 project of the Albufeira Poente School Group, a very young athlete who has already achieved the minimum access to the next National Championships.
His athlete career started in 2018 at Futebol Clube de Ferreiras. He finished his 12th grade in school last year.
